Give & Take

For any relationship to be successful, there has to be something at stake for all parties involved, coz then only they value the relationship. If its employment, both the employer & employee should have a need of each other, one for earning a living & one to support the business. If it's a marriage, both partners should be needing each other, may it be for financial security, sex, food, emotional support, responsible parenthood etc. When all parties involved doesn't need anything from each other, the relationship ends - naturally.
